Under the car

Performance and specifications.

Two engines cover the whole Lamborghini roster. The Urus runs a 4.0 litre twin-turbo V8, 641 horsepower in the standard car and 657 in the Urus S, driving all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic. It moves something the size and weight of a large SUV to sixty in the low three second range, which never stops being funny from the driver seat. Torque arrives early and stays, so the way it overtakes on GA-400 has more in common with a switch being flipped than with a gear being chosen.

The Huracan EVO Spyder is the older idea and the better noise. A 5.2 litre V10 sitting behind your head with no turbochargers in the way, 631 horsepower, revving to the far side of 8,000 rpm. Naturally aspirated engines this large are effectively finished as a species, which is most of the reason to book one. It is also all-wheel drive, so the traction that makes the Urus easy to drive in Atlanta rain applies here too.

Every Lamborghini on the roster is automatic and all-wheel drive, and none of them require anything from you beyond a license and the confidence to park something wide. Full specifications for each car sit on its own page.

Inside

Interior and technology.

Lamborghini cabins are theatrical on purpose. Hexagons in the vents, the stitching and the screens, a hinged red cover over the start button, and Alcantara where other marques would use leather. The Urus borrows its switchgear and infotainment from Audi, which is a feature rather than a compromise, because it means the navigation, the phone mirroring and the climate controls behave the way you already expect them to.

Our Urus S is grey leather with orange bolsters and belts, which reads through the glass in photographs and is the reason open-door shots work so well on that car. The red Urus is calmer inside than out: black leather with red stitching. The Huracan EVO Spyder is a tighter, more cockpit-shaped space with hex-stitched EVO buckets, seats that adjust just enough for a two-hour drive, and a digital cluster that reconfigures around whichever drive mode you have selected.

Practical note, because nobody else will tell you: the Urus takes a weekend of luggage without argument. The Spyder takes a soft bag and a decision about which one of you brought less.

Outside

Exterior and presence.

Lamborghini is still the only marque drawing modern cars with a ruler. Pencil edges, Y-shaped lights front and rear, and hard creases where rivals chose curves in the same decade. It has aged better than the alternative, and it is why a Urus reads as a Lamborghini from a block away even to people who could not name a single model.

Ours are specified to be looked at. The Urus S is satin matte black on gloss black 23 inch wheels with orange calipers and a custom front splitter, which is the loudest car on the roster without making a sound. The other Urus is red, the colour people picture when they hear the word, on gloss black wheels. The Huracan EVO Spyder is white with the roof stacked away, and it is the one that changes the sound of the street rather than just the look of it.

Presence has a practical edge worth knowing about. In Buckhead an exotic is the expected level rather than an event, so a Urus at a hotel valet passes without ceremony. Everywhere else in the city, expect phone cameras.

Which one

Picking between them.

The two Urus are the same shape doing two different jobs. The Urus S is the one that gets phone cameras pointed at it outside a restaurant, and the choice when the point of the night is arriving. The red Urus is the car people picture when they hear the name, which makes it the birthday, the prom arrival and the music video. Either works as the car for a whole weekend rather than an hour of photographs.

The Huracan EVO Spyder is the opposite trade. Two seats, no luggage, a roof that folds in seventeen seconds, and a V10 that makes a fifteen minute drive down Peachtree Road feel like the entire evening. Book it for the drive, not for the logistics.

If the day involves passengers, bags, or a run to the airport, take an Urus. If it is about the noise, take the Spyder. If it is about the photographs and not the driving at all, a photo session puts you next to any of them for thirty or sixty minutes with a professional photographer, no license or deposit required.

Where it goes

A Lamborghini in Atlanta.

Peachtree Road at night is the obvious answer and it is the right one. Buckhead valets at the St. Regis and the Waldorf Astoria handle exotics every weekend, and the boulevards are wide enough that a Urus on 23s never feels like a liability. Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza on a Saturday put the car in front of the largest audience in the city without anybody having to try.

For photographs, West Midtown does the work. Brick warehouse walls and steel windows around Westside Provisions sit at the right height for a low, wide car, and the BeltLine Eastside Trail below Ponce City Market gives you a skyline in the frame at golden hour. The run north on GA-400 toward Avalon in Alpharetta is the stretch where the Spyder earns its rate, early on a Sunday before traffic wakes up.

Delivery covers Buckhead, Midtown, West Midtown, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Decatur and Hartsfield-Jackson. Flying in? Send the flight number and the car meets the arrival curbside.

What you get

What the rate includes.

The daily rate covers the car, delivery and collection inside the Atlanta service area, a walkthrough at handoff, and one named contact from the first message to the return. The mileage allowance is written on your quote along with the figure past it, and the refundable deposit is stated in writing before you pay anything. Nothing about the price is decided after the fact.

You bring a valid license in your name, proof of full coverage insurance or a supplemental policy arranged through us, and a card in your name for the deposit. Minimum renter age is 21, and any additional driver goes on the contract under the same terms.

Weekends move first, and the Spyder moves fastest of all of them because there is only one of it and it depends on the forecast. If you have a specific date, a shoot, or an arrival time in mind, say so in the message and the car is held and staged for it. Send the dates and you get a firm quote back rather than an estimate.

Lamborghini questions

Asked often.

Everything else is on the FAQ.

How much does it cost to rent a Lamborghini in Atlanta?

The Urus S and the Urus at $1,350 a day and the Huracan EVO Spyder at $1,450 a day. Those are single-day rates. Three, five, seven and fourteen day bookings drop the daily figure, and the discount is shown on each car before you send anything. Delivery and collection inside the Atlanta service area are included in the rate.

What do I need to rent a Lamborghini in Atlanta?

A valid driver license in your name, proof of full coverage insurance or a supplemental policy arranged through us, and a card in your name for the refundable deposit. Minimum renter age is 21. Additional drivers are listed on the contract and meet the same requirements.

Which Lamborghini should I rent?

Take an Urus if the day involves passengers, luggage, or an airport run: five seats, a real trunk, and a ride height that ignores Atlanta speed bumps. Take the Huracan EVO Spyder if the day is about the drive itself: a naturally aspirated V10 behind your head, a roof that folds in seventeen seconds, two seats and nowhere to put a suitcase. If it is the photographs you actually want and not the driving, a photo session puts you next to any of them without a license or a deposit.

Do you deliver the Lamborghini to my hotel or the airport?

Yes. Delivery and collection are included across Buckhead, Midtown, West Midtown, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Decatur, and Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL). If you are flying in, send the flight number and the car meets the arrival curbside. There is no counter, no shuttle, and no lot.

Is a Lamborghini Urus hard to drive in Atlanta?

No, and that is the reason it is the most booked shape on the roster. It drives like a large, fast SUV: automatic, all-wheel drive, high enough for driveways and parking ramps, with cameras on every side. The Huracan EVO Spyder asks more of you, mostly because it sits low enough that steep garage entrances need a moment of thought.

Can I photograph a Lamborghini without renting it for a day?

Yes. A photo session is thirty or sixty minutes with the car parked in a location chosen for the light and a professional photographer included, from $395 an hour. Because nobody drives, there is no license, deposit, insurance, or age requirement.

Is there a mileage limit?

Yes, and the allowance is stated in writing on your quote before you pay anything, along with the per-mile figure past it. Nothing about the rate, the deposit, or the mileage is decided after the fact.
