What we keep, and why.

The site has three forms: the general inquiry form at the foot of every page, the reservation request on each car page, and the owner form on the partnership page. Depending on the form, you send us:

• Your name and phone number (required on every form).
• Your email address and a message, if you add them.
• For a reservation request: the car, the dates you picked, and the estimated quote the page showed you.
• For an owner inquiry: the car, its year, color, mileage, and the city it lives in.
• The page you sent the form from, and the IP address of the request, which we use to block spam and repeated automated submissions.

Each submission is delivered as a message to the Raven team through Telegram so the person who answers you sees it straight away. We use what you send only to reply, to quote, and to arrange the booking or session you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

If you go on to book a rental, we ask for documents the booking needs: your driver license, proof of insurance, and a card in your name for the refundable deposit. Those are used to screen and contract that rental and to deliver the car. The website itself does not take payments or store card numbers.

The site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie on the site belongs to the private admin area used by staff. Fonts are served from this site, not loaded from an outside font service.

The website is hosted on Netlify, and photos and video are delivered by the Bunny CDN (bunny.net). Like any web host or CDN, they receive your IP address and browser details when your browser loads a page or an image, and keep standard server logs to run and secure the service. They process that data under their own privacy policies.

Booking a photo session includes Raven Exotics's right to use the images from it on this site and on social media. If you would rather your images stay private, an opt-out is available for a fee stated at booking.

Inquiry messages are kept as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of bookings. Rental documents are kept for as long as the rental contract and the law require. Ask us and we will delete anything we are not required to keep.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@ravenexotics.com or call (470) 713-0701 and we will answer in writing. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
