Three ways to put a car in your video.
Parked in frame, one or two hours
A photo session. Hourly, professional photographer included, no license, deposit, or age minimum, because the car does not move. This is the right booking for most independent videos.
Yours for the day
A rental. You get the car for the day at the daily rate, delivered and collected, with the license, insurance, deposit and 21+ requirements that come with driving it.
A crew, a call sheet, a COI
A production booking. Quoted to the call sheet with a handler who stays with the car, priced by the hour or the day.
You do not need a license to shoot with the car.
The most common reason a video shoot falls through is that the artist cannot rent. Renting any car on the roster requires a driver license in your name, proof of full coverage insurance, a refundable deposit, and a minimum age of 21. A photo session requires none of those, because the car stays parked and nobody drives it, so the car can be in your video whatever your age. Under 18, a parent or guardian signs the booking agreement in advance.
That is the same product the roster runs on session days: the car placed where you want it, a professional photographer working the shoot, and you leaving with the footage and stills. Bring your own videographer if you have one.

West Midtown warehouse blocks and loading docks are the default for a reason: concrete, height, and no crowd. Rooftop parking decks in Midtown and Buckhead give you the skyline behind the car late in the day. The industrial stretches around the Beltline Westside Trail and south of Downtown read well on camera and are quiet on a weekday morning.
Delivery covers Atlanta, Buckhead, Midtown, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Decatur and Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL). Anything that needs a street closed, a permit, or a private lot is on you to arrange; tell us the address and the window and the car meets you there.

How much does it cost to rent a car for a music video in Atlanta?
Two ways to book it. Can I rent a car for a video if I am under 21?
Not as a rental. The minimum renter age is 21 and it applies to every car. A photo session has no age minimum at all, because the car stays parked and nobody drives it, so an artist under 21 can still shoot with the car. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign the booking agreement in advance.
Do you deliver the car to a video shoot location?
Yes. Delivery and collection inside the Atlanta service area are part of the booking: a warehouse, a rooftop deck, a studio lot, a residence, or a street location you have permission to use. Send the address and the window and it is on the quote.
Can the car be driven on camera?
Only on a rental, by a named driver who meets the license and insurance requirements, and only within normal road use. Stunt driving, burnouts, drifting, and anything that damages the car are not offered on any vehicle. Most video shots that look like driving are done with the car parked or rolling slowly.
How many cars can I have on set at once?
More than one, if the dates work. Multi-car bookings are quoted together and are usually cheaper per car than booking them separately. Tell us how many you want in frame and the quote comes back for the group.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the dates are locked the more likely the exact car is free, since the roster also carries consumer bookings and session days. Same-week requests are quoted whenever the schedule allows.
